| Vaude < tasks: establishment of a market and a full-coverage sales network for Vaude brand name outdoor and sports products in China and Hong Kong.
Vaude is one of the largest outdoor and mountaineering brands in Europe.
January 2004 saw the start of the formation of a sales office in Nanjing in China. Since 2007 Vaude maintains an exclusive specialist retail structure in all large cities and provinces in China. In June 2006 the first Vaude flagship store was opened in Nanjing. As of March 2007 there are Vaude Stores in Nanjing, Beijing, Chengdu, Suzhou and Guangzhou. (Canton) The opening of the Vaude Stores in the Beijing department store Sai Tech and the Vaude Store in the Solana life stylemall is part of the highlights in 2008. In 2009, Vaude China has 200 sales points, including 12 Vaude Stores. A Vaude Shanghai Store is in planning. In September 2005 in Hong Kong the Hillrock/Protrek Company was acquired as a new sales partner for the establishment of 24 new Vaude sales centres. The 1st Vaude store opens in Hong Kong in June 2007.  Great moment for Knut Jaeger and Customer Vaude.

Meindl < remit: Establishment of the brand and distribution of the Meindl brand in P:R. China and Hong Kong. Meindl is a market leader of premium quality hiking and mountaineering boots in Europe. It is a great challenge established Meindl in the Chinese market. Knut Jaeger say.

| ASIA OUTDOOR trade show < remit: market research, location search and establishment of an outdoor trade show in China. Market research commenced at the end of 2004. The location search and selection of the local trade show partner followed in 2005. On 23rd – 26th August 2006, the premier ASIA OUTDOOR opened its doors in Nanjing to tremendous international interest. The ASIA OUTDOOR is conceived along the lines of the European Outdoor trade show held in Friedrichshafen and is the first international trade show dedicated to the outdoor market in Asia. The 4th international Asia Outdoor take place on 30rd July - 2nd August 2009 in Nanjing.

| Badari <
remit: sourcing and product consultancy in China and Indonesia. Consultancy with respect to marketing issues.
This new company is a small-scale specialist manufacturer of sophisticated and innovative functional travel clothing. The Badari team develops its own collection for travel clothing and provides development services to established brands. The job of Knut Jaeger is to guide the rapid development of this young company and to locate production locations suitable for smaller order volumes. Badari caused a sensation at the outdoor trade fair 2009 in Friedrichshagen with their rainware collection: “Dancing in the rain”. All items of course with the ActiveAirCondition ventilation system.
